Tenareze Armagnac XO – 20 Years of aging
Deep amber gold colour, aromas of toasted hazelnuts and gingerbread. Very full bodied with roasted fruits and nuts and a hint of anise.
Chateau Pellehaut four centuries of history, producing Armagnac in the Tenareze sub-region. Tenareze has fuller flavour than Bas-Armagnac and Haut-Armagnac, but develops more slowly. Pellehaut produces fine Armagnacs in the traditional style from Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche, combining traditional methods and modern technology, using a wood-fired continuous still, aging their Armagnacs in 400 litre Limousin barriques.
