Shipping & Delivery

21 January 2024: Shipping on new orders will be delayed by about 1 week while we are relocating our warehouse. We are sorry for the inconvenience.


Once your purchase is made we will work hard to make sure that your order is delivered promptly.  We use reputable local courier firms to deliver anywhere in New Zealand, and deliveries are covered by insurance for damage in transit. We do not accept responsibility for damage or theft after delivery has been made.

Estimated delivery times are 1-5 working days, depending on immediate availability of particular wines and their destination. If delivery is likely to be outside of these guidelines we will contact you promptly. Contact us if you need your delivery urgently and we can see what we can do.

We do accept orders and payment from overseas for local delivery within New Zealand.  Regretfully we are not able to ship to international destinations.  

We do not have a minimum order quantity; freight is charged per case of 12 bottles or part there-of.  Our delivery charges are as follows:

Free shipping for orders over $250 or 24 bottles.

Deliveries by courier can be tracked; when your purchase is dispatched we will send you a code by email to track where your order is.
