Premium dry Spanish Rosé from Navarre, made from 100% Garnacha (Grenache).

“It has an attractive salmon colour with hints of pink, pale and bright. On the nose it shows an elegant, fresh and subtle aroma, with a first entry of acid red fruit, grapefruit citrus and notes of white flowers and orange blossom, followed by fine aromas of fennel, toffee and dried leaves. When drinking it, its freshness stands out and fills the mouth with volume and richness.”

Following the tradition of Navarre, it has been made using the ‘’bleeding‘’ - “saigné” method, no pressing at all. And only red Garnacha grapes. The juice is taken from the bottom of the tank, to be vinified separately. After fermentation, the wine rested with its fine lees, both in tank and barrel, for 3 months. We used 50% new French oak barrels and 50% one-year-old barrels.
