Deep regal red colour to the rim. Aromas of boysenberry, blackberry, bacon fat and white pepper with subtle floral and spicy lifts. Rich and full bodied, mouth-filling texture with meaty black fruits, tapenade, cumin, star anise, and mocha with a long oaky and spicy finish.
90% Tempranillo and 10% Garnacha and Graciano from 40+ year old vines. Steel ferment before 18 months aging in medium toasted 70% American & 30% French oak. Rests in bottle at least 20 months before release. Unfiltered wine, recommend decanting at least an hour before serving.
