Irache 1891 Rosé
Newly arrived Rosado (Rosé) from Navarre. 1891 celebrates the year that Irache was established, outside the town of the same name and adjacent to the 10th century Monastery that both of them. This is roughly halfway between Logrono (the heart of Rioja) and Pamplona (the capital of Navarre).
This is a classical Grenache based Rosé, differentiated from the other Irache Rosado that is mostly Tempranillo. By comparison this wine is darker in colour, and more fruity.
"Beautiful raspberry colour, aromas of great intensity to cherry, strawberry. In the mouth it is very fruity with very pleasant and easy to drink fat sensations. Excellent acid alcohol point that gives you a pleasant feeling of freshness, citrus touches and persistence."
