Sauvignon Blanc from the famous Sancerre appellation in the Loire Valley of France. This wine is grown on 'Silex', a sedimentary soil that includes high flint content. Silex covers about 15% of the Sancerre appellation, and more dominant in the neighbouring appellation Pouilly-Fume.
Vibrant and zesty with lots of citrus- lemon and grapefruit, with smoky mineral finish.
