On the palate this is focused with a defined texture and outstanding overall balance. It goes on to display wonderful freshness and minerality that accentuates the finish. This is drinking beautifully today and should go on to offer a decade long drinking window."

Aucun écho, c’est à reprise qu’il tourbillonne, zigzag pour enfin se rapprocher, caricature de ce monde imagé.
C’est peut-être par nostalgie qu’un vigneron donna à ce lieu-dit son nom !
Je l’imagine au cœur de cette vigne, l’aval drapé de coton.
Aux premières lueurs, essuyer sa sueur, pour enfin se souvenir de ce qu’il le faisait jadis pleurer puis rire…..Ce petit Bourdon.
