This is a premium and small volume Garnacha Blanco, limited to 1900 individually numbered bottles, and in a distinctively unique oval shaped bottle.
Golden-colored wine aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels. It boasts fresh aromas of yellow plum, toasted cashew, golden apple, and fresh flowers. Rich palate weight, oxidative hints driven by dense yellow fruit with a savoury core, slightly oily fatness in the mid-palate and a long finish. Excellent with fish and light meats.
Bodegas Alikimia is a project started in 1982, growing primarily in Priorat and the surrounding Monsant region. This wine comes from Olesa de Bonesvalls is a small mountain village located in the Alt Penedès wine region of Catalonia, Spain, set within the wild limestone terrain of the Garraf Massif just 30 to 45 minutes west of Barcelona.
